You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a refund. The goods returned must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. The original postage cost is not refundable and the returned postage is payable by you and not refundable by us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving the items, however we will do our upmost to process the refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons razor blades are not eligible for return.
Delivery & Packaging
At this time we only deliver within the UK but this may change in the future.
Your products will be packaged and posted within 48 hours of receipt of your order Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed with 48 hours from 9am on the following Monday.
All our parcels are shipped by Royal Mail second class. Orders below £15 will be charged at £3 with all orders over £15 being free. We do not offer any other shipping options such as next day delivery
You are not able to purchase items from us when we are out of stock. Please continue to monitor the site for items returning to stock.

Placing an order with us is secure using PayPal. All payments are secured using 256 bit encryption and payment details are never stored on our system. Please rest assured when ordering from Agent Shave your details are safe.
